The questions we get asked most often about Brooklands - the workshop, lead times, pricing and how we work.

Sussex and Surrey. Most of our work falls between Brighton, Littlehampton and Horsham. Further afield is possible by arrangement.
No. Surveys and quotes are free in our regular service area.
Yes. Public liability cover up to a level that satisfies most commercial sites. Documentation on request.
Yes. Talk to us if you order regularly.
Yes. Card, BACS and (for trade accounts) 30 day terms.
12 months on installation as standard. Manufacturer warranty on glass and components varies by product (most sealed units carry a 5 to 10 year warranty against seal failure).

Working with us
What it is like to commission a bespoke piece of glass from Brooklands - from first contact through to handover.
Most domestic jobs run two to four weeks from order to install. Toughening and lamination time is the longest single step. Emergency repairs are quicker. Larger commercial jobs take longer.
Yes. You get a single point of contact from quote to handover.
It depends what stage we are at. Before we cut the glass, no problem. Once it has gone for toughening, we cannot recover the cost of the glass and we would invoice for that. We will always tell you where you are in the process.
