Aluminium powder-coated black has the wrong corner detail and reads as fake. We use powder-coated mild steel with a true Crittall profile, sized so each glass cell looks proportional to the room. For structural glass floors and acoustic partitions we work to the calc, not the catalogue.

Office partitions
Full-height glass partitions with optional manifestation graphics, integrated doors and double-glazed acoustic systems. We can install over weekends to minimise disruption.
Residential glass walls
Full-height glass dividing kitchens from dining rooms, hallways from staircases.
Structural glass floors
Toughened laminated panels designed to take walking loads, set into a structural rebate. Used in mezzanines, basement light wells and high-end residential.
Crittall-style screens
Powder-coated steel frames with toughened glass infills, on-trend for kitchens and home offices.

How the job runs
Five steps. Same on every glass doors, partitions & floors job, big or small.

Brief and survey
We confirm the spec: framed or frameless, single or double-glazed, manifestation pattern, hardware finish, and any acoustic or fire requirements.

Design and quote
CAD drawings of the door and partition layout, full elevations and a written quote with structural and Document M notes.

Manufacture
Steel frames powder-coated, glass cut and toughened (or toughened-laminated for floors). Three to four weeks typical.

Install
We can install out of hours for occupied offices. Domestic jobs are usually one to two days.
05
Sign off
Document M manifestation applied, ironmongery adjusted and warranty paperwork issued.

Yes. Document M of the Building Regulations requires manifestation on full-height glass partitions, so people can see the glass is there. We can supply vinyl decals or sandblasted patterns.
Yes. Toughened laminated structural glass is engineered to take the loads required by the Building Regulations, with a safety factor on top. We provide the structural calculations as part of the install.
For commercial partition jobs, yes. We do this regularly so the office is not disrupted during working hours.
Yes. We supply and install steel-framed glass screens in matt black, anthracite, brushed brass and bespoke RAL colours.
